SHIPPING TIME:

a) US/EU/CA Warehouses In Stock Dolls: 3-7 Working Days

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

b) Customized Love Dolls

Your doll will be delivered approximately 15-20 days after we receive the payment.
Delivery time vary depending on doll size and options requested. For specific delivery date please check the tracking page or ask us direct.

SELF PICK-UP:

If you don't want the package delivered to your house, and you want to pick it up at a convenient Fedex or UPS location near you, please put the right address of DHL/Fedex/Ups store on your order and then contact us to request for pickup by starting a chat or emailing us at service@forxxoo.com. We will help you request a self pickup service with the carrier.

When your package is delivered to the FedEx/Ups/DHL location, you’ll be notified that the package is ready for pickup. You’ll receive a text, automated phone call or email.

CAN I SCHEDULE A DELIVERY TIME?

Yes you can. Please you can contact the carrier yourself to schedule a delivery time, request a vacation hold or change delivery address. The carrier might charge you a small fee for this service. Please note that we cannot arrange a scheduled delivery on the customer’s behalf.

If you happen not be able to receive the package for an extended period of time (for example because you’re away on holiday) please let us know about this period when you place the order. We will make sure the item is delivered to you before or after your time of absence.

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY?

Both Fedex and UPS currently often deliver without asking for a receiver signature. The driver might leave the package at the front door or in another location of the delivery address.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A PO BOX?

Unfortunately our carriers don’t deliver to PO Boxes.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Sure. Once the doll is shipped, you will receive an email or text with a tracking number. You are encouraged to sign up with our website to track your order. Or you can check tracking updates on the carrier's website by entering the tracking number.
