Order processing will start within 24 hours after receipt of your order. Once your doll starts production at our factory, it may not be cancelled for unless valuable reason.There is no cancellation/refund on orders with custom options added.

Be sure that the shipping information you provide is correct. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a 35% handling charge and will not be refunded.

All Forxxoo dolls have gone through the official quality checks before leaving the factory. If your sex doll has any defects when receiving it and has not been used in any way, we can arrange the doll been returned as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your doll. However, we do not cover the return shipping costs.
